Two ways to travel
Part-load or dedicated load
If you are moving a flat's worth of belongings, a part-load usually makes sense — your goods share the lorry with other moves heading the same way, so you only pay for the space you use. The trade-off is timing: departure and delivery flex around the shared schedule, and your written quote will spell out the likely window.
A dedicated load gives you the whole vehicle. It suits larger homes and anyone who wants collection and delivery tied to firmer dates, with the goods travelling straight through rather than waiting to consolidate. We will talk you through which fits your move — no pressure either way.

A longer journey means more handling, so cover matters. We arrange goods-in-transit and marine insurance for the crossing, and we will explain exactly what is protected before you commit.
